Pilates
Pilates is a series of exercises aimed at strengthening the Core muscles of the Spine, Pelvis & Shoulders. It emphasizes postural alignment, flexibility, coordination of movement & correct breathing while moving. It is for everybody whether you sit at a desk all day, play soccer, GAA, rugby, attend the gym or pre/post-surgery.
Pilates teaches your muscles to perform their job properly improving movement efficiency and reducing the likelihood of pain & injury.
Proper Technique is essential for Pilates to work. For proper technique you need individual observation by your instructor. Hence at First Physio Plus we limit class size to a maximum of 6 people (individual Observation can be difficult in larger classes)
Our Course costs 140 euro for 7 (once per week) session.
