Gaye has a profound knowledge of nutritional science, nutritional epidemiology and how food and lifestyle behaviours impact on our health and wellbeing. Gaye offers tailored personalised 1-1 nutritional consultations.

The consultation is for 1 hour. During this time you discuss your health concerns, medical history, lifestyle behaviours and dietary choices with her. You explore your current health status and what you would like to achieve from the consultation. You will receive written recommendations on the day.
